Service started his activities immediately after the creation of Congress ENGINEERING with the purpose of full coverage of the company services, as well as repairs of external professional audio-video equipment.

Since its creation the Service was equipped with last generation of diagnostic and test equipment. This equipment facilitated our job and minimized the time, necessary for repairing the professional equipment.

The service engineers possess rich experience, accumulated during many years. They use most state-of-the-art equipment for diagnostic and troubleshooting the audio and video equipment. They have full service documentation and use internal networks with limited access over internet with rich database.

As a matter of routine, the service engineers are able to develop individual designs for specific equipment. Then they proceed to projection and preparation of the necessary printed-circuit boards and finally, activation and adjustment of the whole system. The outer housing, as well as the outer design depends on the client’s wish, with use of the latest technologies of successful companies.

The Company has entire disposal of enough storage on hand of most frequently used components and modules. In a combination with available professional instruments and devises it achieves fast and easy troubleshooting of costly appliances.

The Service is entirely specialized in repairing of professional audio-video equipment. Unfortunately the colorless copies of professional equipment are not among the service priorities. Their realization very often impedes the repairs and makes them aimless expensive.

The Service focuses in the specialized equipment for simultaneous interpretation, discussion microphone systems, multimedia projectors, as well as large part of A/V equipment of leading companies that our company sells.

The Service offers after sales service as well as out of warranty support of each purchased out of Congress ENGINEERING conference, audio and video equipment.

All equipment is supported out of warranty.

After finishing the repairs we perform overall prevention of the equipment as well as examination and readjustment of all blocks of the equipment.
